VIEW FROM THE BATTERY POINT LIGHTHOUSE
The scenic views from the Battery Point Light House include the Crescent
City Harbor and, to the northwest, the Battery Point Beach House. It's
a short walk to reach this breathtaking spot for these incredible views
of the shoreline. Remember, only at low tide is this peninsula accessible:
at high tide itŐs an island. If you do not want to walk all the way
on the shore from the rental house, you can drive down A Street to park
and just walk out from there. Don't overlook the other view spots in
the area: The breakwater is one street over and you can drive partway
out on to it, even fish off it. Drive over to the Front Street access
to the Park and enjoy the views along there, too. The park along Front
St. is very large, very nice and has restroom facilities.
