The crab fleet based in Crescent City sure does. 
This huge parking lot which surrounds the harbor on three sides is jammed with them just before crab season opens around December first each year.  The date fluctuates because the Fish and Game waits for the Dungeness crab population to reach a certain weight and because the crabbers occasionally wait until their association negotiates a satisfactory price contract with the buyers.
